I received my bachelor’s degree in Film and Video Studies at Penn State University with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. I received my masters in social service (MSS) from Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. I have previously provided inpatient care at a local psychiatric hospital in addition to providing outpatient treatment at two local facilities.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, working with individuals, families and couples. I specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders and relationship issues. I use a range of treatment approaches to meet the needs of each individual and to provide the best care.
I believe that change can happen with the ability to label emotions and challenge negative thoughts and behavior. I have confidence that helping individuals, families and couples with development and improvement of coping skills, communication and setting healthy boundaries can make a significant change.
I serve on the board of directors for the American Anorexia and Bulimia Association of Philadelphia.
